If we have some stuff to sell but nothing to exhibit do we just register as an attendee?

Good question. :)

In this case, you need to register as an exhibitor to reserve yourself a table. Technically, you are, in fact, exhibiting your wares for possible sale.

Thank you.

This is just a reminder that attending the event requires registering (for free, of course).

With that in mind, I would also like to ask a big favour;

If you are able to, would it be possible to register for the event as soon as you are able?

I have to arrange exhibitors (table space, availability, etc) and also process any attendees (name tickets, etc) to get an idea of numbers.

I know I'm being a pain, but it would really help if you are able to do this.

If it IS an inconvenience to do this then no worries. It's quite alright if you can't. Thanks for attending anyway! ;)

Registration is free and easy here: https://cyberlegends.eventbrite.co.uk/

Thank you for your help and support.

I'll be bringing my super-dupa TT for demonstration & will have a small amount of atari related things for sale probably. It's a long drive so I'm staying in a hotel (only about £55) so at least it can be an enjoyable day without any stress or rushing.

THIS is what it's all about.

I'm very pushed for time ATM.

Bear in mind, people MAY have bought tickets but may still not be able to go, so it's still unclear.

The situation is more hazy regarding what is actually being shown.

Even I am going to swap my show items around depending on what I can glean from others. However, I have thrown feelers out previously as to what people may like to see. Maybe I will go through that list of mine again, to see if I get any thumbs up for any of it.
Generally though, I will try to 'even out' the machines that are being shown with some alternative gear, so the show is interesting for more people and it's not all the same stuff.

If there's any exhibitors (who haven't done so already) that would care to tell us the machines they intend to bring, that would be great (thanks @Steve for getting the ball rolling on this). Also, definitive confirmation on previous 'possible exhibit machines' would be great, for those who have already mentioned their machines/equipment.

I'm also going to be paying for and (hopefully) having a look round the hall in the next few days, so I can update any exhibitors here on this thread with details of the hall size, facilities, WIFI availability, etc. Hopefully this might motivate some people to sign up so we have a better idea of the final attendance.

From the quick glance at the attendance list earlier, it seems there may be visitors coming over from as far as the Czech Republic! :o

More info later.
