Yes, though having 2 chip TOS 1.02 and only the two sockets fitted is a bit of a pain... maybe I should get an Exxos Dual TOS adapter for it at some point.
Still need to try and fix the Epson SMD 400 floppy, though it works fine with a different drive.
Not yet risked life and limb to adjust the monitor horizontal position either...

Re: Life, the universe & everything...Atari (well, mostly)
I tend to do a 6 chip upgrade as I have lots of EPROMSs and sockets lying around, and I don't have a particular need for dual TOS STEs. Trying to fix a big button floppy for one of mine, but the damn thing just won't play, it's a Chinon FB-354AA.JezC wrote: 09 Feb 2022 08:23 Yes, though having 2 chip TOS 1.02 and only the two sockets fitted is a bit of a pain... maybe I should get an Exxos Dual TOS adapter for it at some point.

It's been cleaned, lubed and re-capped, still no joy. IIRC it does work single sided (It isn't an SS drive though)

I think @DoG made some 2 chip ROM boards a while back. Maybe he still has some left.
I did do some 2 chip boards a few years ago but they was to time consuming to build . Plus they wouldn't fit under the PSU anyway. So gave up in the end. I should probably revisit that project at some point.

@exxos Do you think you need more projects on the go than you're currently juggling with?exxos wrote: 09 Feb 2022 10:00 I think @DoG made some 2 chip ROM boards a while back. Maybe he still has some left.

I'll volunteer to test one if you do!
@rubber_jonnie I need to check how many of the STs have only 2 (or no) sockets with TOS 1.02 before my next order...sigh.
Lots of EPROMs here too...
