Soldering isn't much of an issue for me... So if I decided to get the dual tos board and the 32hz mod would I need anything else first?? Or would I be better doing something else too??

PSU re-cap is good idea first, higher speeds need more stable PSU.

So to check... The blue boards have the multi tos chip included?

£45 for the booster
£25 for English tos switcher board (is there a benefit for ntsc??)
£17 for the psu recap kit...

Are these in the UK or elsewhere? If so what would approx shipping be?
