Not far off now. Just need memory riser bits ;) as falcon memory module current hits psu.

exxos parts arrive :)...yay...Was expecting both mc68b50 chips to be the same :( exxos is killing my work of art ;) ha. A bit gutting. May try polishing one. But they are slightly different part nos.

Midi ports added, 2 points on rear of board bridged.

What RAM card are you actually trying to fit ?

See up, the pcb is too close to psu pcb so needs lifting a bit

Ah,. Mine (blue) misseses the PSU by a couple of mm. The black cat one is larger so it doesn't physically fit.

I would suggest you just get a simm socket as it looks like you're going down a world of pain otherwise..

I'm assuming you need to have the board all the way onto the pins at the back, i managed to get it on, with about 5 mm of the pins left showing.

bit annoying really, can't even shave anything off the pcb :( as circuit is real near the edge

i've another falcon board but the sim is actually underneath, so that also wouldn't fit.

anyways, i get no video output yet, so i'm guessing its this.

@alienkidmj12 one option if you need to raise the Falcon RAM board height is to use longer header pins.

I used them on my ALPHA board to clear the PSU. You can just see the board on the taller headers in the pic below.
