Tried taking the exclusion multiplier down to 90%. It is a lot better now.. letting it print now..
Took a screenshot of a slightly different infill pattern I did before, and you can see how blobby it is. On the long straights it prints perfectly well, but when the head changes direction it builds up a blob..

That sounds better. Your previous settings were almost certainly acceleration limited, although I did I assume the 80,000mm/min was a typo as you'd need a 4 metre printer to get up to speed.
I'd be surprised if you could maintain 8000mm/min consistently, but I think you're on the right track looking for the highest acceleration you can handle, then hunting for the best max speed. It passes the *ear* test, anyway

I think I can push higher acceleration. Prusaslicer has a wibby-wobbly all curves fill pattern (I forget the name), may reduce dwell time in any single location?
