Oops, my obsession with computers from my childhood strikes again!

Post by rubber_jonnie »

I just won this on ebay:

Apple IIe, another machine, along with the BBCs, that were in the computer lab when I was at school.

A little more than I wanted to spend @£139.95 including shipping, but I finally got one!

I'm also a bit obsessed with 6502 based machines.

@rubber_jonnie I think this obsession is being fuelled by your new bigger space after the move :)

Hehe. I see lots of ']' prompts in your future.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

I have a vision of all my 6502 based computers permanently set up and ready to use :)

I already have an Oric Atmos that will go nicely with the Atari 8 bits, BBCs & Apple IIe.

Unfixed or parts computers are not a part of the hoarding

Phew - that's a relief...as by that logic I only have about 20 Atari STs :lol: :roll: :stars:

And no working Amigas or BBCs (yet)... :oops:
