Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Build Guide.
There is issue with some games like Turrican 1 2 and Superfrog. My Transarctica fix caused issues with it. Need to find a solution to make it work on both games.
I have added bugfix to binaries repository
https://github.com/arkadiuszmakarenko/T ... r_binaries
Fix:
Some games reset Joy0Dat and Joy1Dat occasionally, this causes to loose values for joystick as value is refreshed on button click.
This fix reload last known value for joysticks after counter reset, but reset it completely for mouse. This way Turrican 1,2 work and Trasnarctica doesn't have wondering around screen pointer issue.
I had a look at Superfrog and can't see difference between real joystick and USB joystick.

what I noticed is that in fact turican 2 and turican 3 started to work correctly but in superfrog there is still a problem with shooting
once it works well, once it doesn't work, but most of the time it doesn't

I did test superfrog and compared it with normal joystick.kulamario wrote: 09 Feb 2021 02:10 what I noticed is that in fact turican 2 and turican 3 started to work correctly but in superfrog there is still a problem with shooting

I can't see anything wrong with it on my build.

Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Build Guide.
I need some help with the ARM device. Where does the ARM Pin 1 go? Could someone post a closeup pic of the orientation?
I bought the ST Link V2 programmer like this one:
I checked the pinout of the 20-pin connector, and connected the Dupont wires like this:
Pin 1 VAPP to Riser header Pin 1 (VCC)
Pin 4 GND to Riser header Pin 2 (GND)
Pin 19 VDD33 to Riser header Pin 3 (VCC3.3)
Pin 15 NRST to Riser header Pin 4 (NRST)
Pin 9 SWCLK to Riser header Pin 5 (SWCLK)
Pin 7 SWDIO to Riser header Pin 6 (SWDIO)
Is this the correct way to connect them for programming?

I use cheap knock off programmer like this:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233858024976
You connect
SWCLK
SWDIO
GND
and power it up, so either 5V or you program hooked to cd32.

Ok, thanks. I can't seem to be able to connect to it from the STM32CubeProgrammer. Can you post a close up pic of how did you solder the STM32F722? I want to make sure I didn't place it backwards or something.

Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Build Guide.
This ST programming software is utter garbage. On the PC it can't communicate with anything, often times it won't even find the programmer and it definitely won't connect to the chip, it's not even able to update the programmer firmware. On the Mac, the tool won't even start.
I am not sure if maybe I need to have 32 bit windows for this? I only have 32-bit WinXP but the tool won't run on that.

STM32 ST-Link Utility?
This one? https://www.st.com/en/development-tools ... nk004.html I used this under Win 10 without any issues.
You can install STM32CubeIDE, it works ok on Win10 and Linux.
But issue will be programming optimised for speed firmware.

Yeah, nothing works. I tried on an old laptop now, and at least there it will connect to the programmer, but still won't see the chip. Tells me to change the mode, but once I do, it just tells me to change it again.
