Well, some good news at last, looks like the signed contract for our buyer will be back at her solicitors tomorrow, so fingers crossed things will be moving fast from that point :)

I guess I can use the time in exile (!!) to get on with my course on Udemy for 6502 assembly language programming on the Atari 2600. Will make a change from burning myself with soldering tools.

My favourite (!!) trick with my old iron was to snag the cable and have it pull through my fingers/hand, then scream loudly and drop it followed by scrabbling round to pick it up again before the carpet burns too much.....

Hope your pinkies aren't too :fire: :fire: :fire:

House move getting scary now, deposit transferred to our solicitors for the new house today, rental property has been secured for 3 months while our new property is finished and we are on the verge of exchanging on our sale!

We'll be moving out in just 5 and a bit weeks!

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
