Grew up in norway, I started with the spectrum 48k, then onto the 800xl , then a 520stm with a 354 and a 314, which eventually got a 1mb upgrade, it was sold when the ste came out and i got one of the first 1040ste´s that came to the country!
I fell out of the scene in late 93 or so, and life took over lol. But what a glorious time it was... every week new disks in the mail with new excitement injected into my life and my ST!
Just acquired a 4mb ste and look forward to start nerding around with it/upgrading it, so cool to see the community is alive
I wanted to learn mc68000 and code demo´s back in the day, but never really got the hang of it! So STOS was my main thing back then, we even released a demo as 14-15year olds, and seeing it again today is a mix of fun and awkwardness , haha, I actually saw it again for the first time in maaaaaany years on exxos´s stos pages, we called it the BLIPP demo, and all the screens are all basically the same effects over and over agin
