That ebay seller is Wizztronics. To bad to see them get out of Atari completelytroed wrote: 20 Aug 2020 23:31 Best has them, $45/piece.
A seller on eBay sells a lot of 84 of them, $2000: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-Falcon-C ... Sw-s9d3W0l
However, this seems to be a third (US) option. Part number is a match: https://www.4starelectronics.com/part_d ... 0FJ33.html
... you could always see what they want for them.

Actually I think it's Motorola that offered weird packages :) Low pin count (88) was PGA thru hole. If you wanted SMT the package they offered was a 132 pin CQFP or PQFP. So it might simply be board space or pin spacing that was behind Atari's request. Those extra pins are just a lot of NC, GND and VCC ...
Good luck with that.mrbombermillzy wrote: 20 Aug 2020 11:15 In that case, does anyone want to chip in and order a 30 foot container of Atari bits to make it worthwhile?

Madness, I'm still going to blame Atari for using awkward stuff just the same :lol:troed wrote: 21 Aug 2020 09:01 Actually I think it's Motorola that offered weird packages :) Low pin count (88) was PGA thru hole.
