Re: kodak80 H4 build (x2)
With the 1.44mb IC now working, I believe that the FlashFloppy Gotek firmware has a setting in FF.CFG for setting pin 2 based on floppy density. That said, my initial testing only shows 5v on pin 2 with both 720k and 1.44mb floppy images mounted. If I can figure this out, then I can wire the output from pin 2 to the JP18 bottom pin to feed this into the 1.44mb IC.
pin02 = auto* | nc | low | high | rdy | nrdy | dens | ndens | chg | nchg
• Manually assign an output signal (Gotek->host) to floppy interface pin 2
• auto: Automatically determined from interface = setting
• nc: Unused / No Connection
• low, high: Constant low (0v) or high (5v) voltage
• rdy, nrdy: Drive ready, or logical complement
• dens, ndens: Density mode (HD = 0v), or logical complement
• chg, nchg: Disk changed, or logical complement

Re: kodak80 H4 build (x2)
Okay, I now have my Gotek outputting on pin 2 4.88v and 0.006v when 720kb and 1.44mb floppy images are mounted. Had to update FlashFloppy to v2.14 for the pin 2 setting in FF.CFG to work with density.
Now when I connect pin 2 from the Gotek to the JP18 this stops the Gotek working so will need to do more testing to see what is happening.

Re: kodak80 H4 build (x2)
I have now managed to get the Gotek (with FlashFloppy firmware v2.14) working with 720kb and 1.44mb floppy images. FlashFloppy FF.CFG pin02 = ndens reverses the voltage output to match the H4 and I have switched between the different size floppy images on-the-fly and they work fine. So with the feed from the Gotek pin 2 to JP18 bottom pin (closest the keyboard) everything works fine. :D

Well done, any chance of a step by step instruction @kodak80 when you get a mo?
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Just wanted to share the final DMA H4 fix PCB in place. The previous images show the IC in the wrong place on the PCB.
