Re: Noob building a TF534
Well worth it. I had to install an A500 kickrom and set the noautovec variable to on but just about everything works now. I probably need to add some newer kickroms too. Some games complain about needing 1 MB chip ram but that's rare. I'll build a ram expansion for the old girl too to fix that. Can't have unoccupied expansion slots. :)

I might be able to score an old Amiga used for running commercials on the local cable TV network since the 90's. I have no idea what it is. He said he would try to find it. Could be anything from A2000 and up I guess. I'm pretty sure it's a big box machine.

Expansion will not help (unless You have an A500+ machine)
You need to expand ChipRam to solve this..

I have an 8372A Agnus and can add 512 kB more and configure as chipram. I only have the stock 512kB chipram now.

Re: Noob building a TF534
If I remember correctly there was an issue with WHDLoad and Cannon Fodder where you would need 1088KB Chip and at least 512KB slow/fast men.
There was a patch for it that made it 1024KB chip and 512KB slow/fast.
I would just try the expansion/MB jumpers and otherwise get one of the 8375/8375 A500 adapters if you have an 6a rev board or lower, make sure it fits with you accelerator card first.

FYI: Some original (uncracked) floppy games will not work with TF534 and expanded internal memory. I had to remove the memory expansion to get it to work on an A500+.
Edit: Lemmings is one of those games
