Recapping / Restoring Amiga's
So its that time year when i look at all my Amiga's and what state they're in and what needs done to them.
I really need someone who can re-cap em for me because I have no patience for that sort of thing. Here is the list of things i need done (not all at once)
1. Recap CD32 (1)
2. Recap CD32 (2) and probably replace Audio Amps
3. Recap CD Drive (possibly replace drive) CD32 (3).
4. Recap CDTV.
5. Recap A4000
6. Recap A3000
Then after that I have the following repairs / things to do.
1. A1000 has a RAM fault and needs EURO power supply and a ROM board. Keyboard has a broken key.
I'd probably want to get my A4000 case and respray it. Does anyone know the RAL codes for the amiga 4000 paint? Maybe the same for the CDTV.

Just give the person that recapped your A600 a call.....??? ;)
On that note, should it not be on the list as well ?

That 600 is a wrecker i think. I'll get me a nice one at some point. Its not even an english keyboard. So yeah.... wrecker.go0se wrote: 15 Dec 2019 11:05 Just give the person that recapped your A600 a call.....??? ;)

I would like to offer to recap one or more of these (for nothing), but cannot do anything until early next year - totally overwhealmed by Archimedes 3000 and other stuff at the moment!

Mr Go0se currently has my Mint CD32, my workhorse CD32 and my A600 (the poor little June Bug that someone had their way with)....
Maybe he can post some before / after pics.
