Anyone have JED2EQN to hand?

Struggling to find either it or the source package (Opal Jnr), so if it's in anyone's toolbox, please save me from having to register with websites I really don't think I ought to be!

Or, if there's something more up to date to turn GAL & PAL JEDs back into equations, please shout!
