Re: General Stuff(tm)
The replacement membrane arrived today so I fitted that. I also fitted a cable to make installing the memory upgrade more easily. Oh, you may have noticed the heatsinks in this photo. :-)
I buttoned the machine up, tested and all was fine.
Thence to some painting of the replacement joystick handle. I bought some Revell emerald green acrylic from Hobbycraft and gave the part two coats using a brush followed by a couple of coats of Plastikote satin varnish. Looks decent and works well. Then I found that the shape is wrong according to some photos, so I'm going to have to rejig it.
Other than that it's just been looking at the demo tape contents really.

ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Wondering if my clock issue is heat related? I'll give it a look when I next take it apart.
That enterprise is looking very nice now @stephen_usher
