An update. While I am waiting to have time to modify the Floppy DMA as suggested. I tried a very easy thing that I forgot to try. I used the Gotek with TOS 1.04, and so far it seems to work fine. The problem appears only using TOS 2.06.

Last Update. I made the DMA floppy mods, and now I only receive the error once in a while, but only with TOS 2.06 and only with the file AUTOBOOT.HFE. If I start straight with the floppy image (I got only 2 right now), it has never failed once. For some reason, AUTOBOOT.HFE have some problems with TOS 2.06. I don't know if there is any special setting to use, but I am pretty happy about how it works.
