Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Yay !
Don't forget to solder the power pins near the VME connector if you want to later upgrade the CPLD firmware (very rare but who knows...).

Re: Stuff and Things.
OK, so I decided to update the firmware on my 2600+ and 7800+ today as it had been a while since I'd done so.
Both updated fine and I wondered if it had fixed anything around the video touchpad required for Star Raiders.
So for the 2600+ it's a no. The difficulty switches do still turn off the flight computer and shield correctly, but if both are set off, then you can't turn them on with the video touchpad, nor can you open the galactic map, select hyperspace or jump back to the front view. OK then, lets try the 7800+
And it works just fine now. If I turn off the computer and shield using the difficulty switches then I am able to re-enable them using the video touchpad and also all the other buttons, so fore view, galactic map and hyperspace, do exactly what they're supposed to do.
:girldance: :girldance: :girldance:
Whilst it is good news it does suggest that the 2600+ may lack some of the 7800+'s capabilities despite being able to run much the same software catalogue. Also annoying since I would like to plat Star Raiders on the 2600+.
I'll be able to live with it, and if I want the full on nostalgia I can always use my light sixer or 2600jr for Star Raiders.
I'll take the progress though.

So it seems that Commodore just launched a new phone:
The Callback
It claims to be somewhere between a smartphone and a dumb phone...
