For sure I won't make clones for anyone because lack of time and many other projects to do.So please understand. Thanks.

P.S. If anyone can and wants to build emulators or other devices using restored documentation, please do so. As long as it's not a commercial production, I think everything will be fine.

There are other Vortex boards for the Amiga...

No – this device will not work with an Amiga. I don't know of any Amiga software that will work with it.

Yes. It is *very* different thing - look yourself -> 286 vs 386sx. Even FPGAs aren't the same type.
