DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: New (and last ?) inbound
Long time no updates on my Tandy, so here we go.
First, I have upgraded the serial port to a fully fledged one.
Sorry, I didn't take any pictures during the process, but for those who are interested, here's a link to a forum explaining how to do it:
https://forum.vcfed.org/index.php?threa ... 240/page-2
(Just scroll down a bit).
Using an OPL3LPT in stereo and ZIP drives will be a piece of cake now.
And second, I'm planning to add an 8088 FPU to this machine, so I'm just experimenting for now.
Here are some pictures:
Since I can't fit the add-on board directly on the motherboard, I had to build a flat cable relocator.
So far so good, but I'm still waiting for the FPU to be delivered.
I found this project (originally for a EURO-PC) here:
https://hackaday.io/project/202419-an-8087-co-processor-extension-board
Still have some PCBs left...
That's all for today.

Yeah, I've been quite busy these last few months and I don't have much time for my hobbies.

Re: New (and last ?) inbound
Ok, some fresh news after a busy day.
Since I wasn't able to read my disks, I had to RF shield my flat cable.
Everything is back to normal now. :D
And just some minutes ago, the FPU arrived !
There was no smoke when the Tandy was powered with the FPU in the expansion board, so I can sleep peacefully tonight.
I have now to test whether the FPU is recognised with Microsoft Diagnostics.
More to come later.
