Removed jumper leads to white screen and nothing else. So you might still have an issue with booting which will reappear sooner or later.

Will see.

In the mean time, I re-installed the original power supply, because I did read some people had issue with the Exxos power supply about booting.

That's because the reset caps have gone bad which probably explains some issues your having.

Those ones up in the top left of the board around the reset circuitry. From memory it's either C7 or C1 that controls the length of the reset pulse. If it's too short, the PSU won't have ramped up to full voltage yet.
