OK i think I have a fix for this that came in after the A4000T support broke again.. Does this look like your issue?
Yes, the HDD stops working and the HDD LED stuck on.

Yes, the HDD stops working and the HDD LED stuck on.

I have 2 test TF4060s, one is working fine on the 4000T but IDE seems broken, IDE works on the other but it's sulky with the 4000T. Seemingly identical boards. One built by Chucky, one by AlenPPC... really weird

@TheoTheoderich I am seeing an issue here which i am very suspicous of.

Did your IDE ever work at all?
