I do think they are pressed that much outwards. Remember this was not from normal usage. It was caused from inadvertently inserting a scope probe too deep. I was holding the probe tip in one hand touching the pin, the hand was in the air to avoid touching anything at the motherboard, the other hand was managing the scope, I was looking at the scope ... well, you get the idea :(
