Hi All,
Posting this because I'm not the best at using the Atari, Linux etc, so whilst setting up my Raven, it sometimes takes me a while to get stuff sorted. SO with that in mind, I wonder if we could create or share a couple of ready to go boot disk images?
I'm struggling with getting mint working specifically at the moment, what happens is the usual bios stuff with the Atari logo and then when then mint loader is executes the display goes to sleep and never wakes up. Removing the loader once again lets you boot as normal. According to the mint loader, it must be loaded from the auto folder?

Re: Boot disk images?
Mint should be the last program in your Auto.
Which Mint installation are you using?

Re: Boot disk images?
I put getting Mint working on hold for now with my Raven. It also depends on which 68060 CPU you are running (LC or full) as to which Mint version you then use. It would be good to have a shared disk image for both CPUs so that we can test things consistently across our builds of the Raven.

Re: Boot disk images?
I'vw tried running the 68000 version and the 68060, I think maybe I've got the program too early in auto, will check
Edit: Well, turned the Raven on today, added Mint to the startup and today it wants to work. That's just annoying.
I'm going to make new startup disk at some point and will probably share it on here to help others get going easier.

Re: Boot disk images?
Now that I've got a full 060 I've had mint 060 running but have focused on other more basic steps. I now have a 4GB card set up with a few partitions, Doom, Tyrian, etc working on it so far.
I'll finess this a little more and then if it's of use to anyone I'll upload it somewhere.
