I thought it was supposed to be "GLiTTer" as suggested by Exxos' auto correct

Floppy Un-f*ck board works - Thats all the ports working now
Spot the superglued nylon spacers used to mount the PSU to the STF board - 4 of those gave me the flexibility to get the original PSU mounted.

So here is the next funny thing in the Blitter saga.Icky wrote: 23 Oct 2018 10:50So looks like its a no go :(exxos wrote: 17 Oct 2018 23:53 This was for something else I was trying to buy this week..
I think people just have some huge IC list and list everything regardless if they can actually get it or not. It's becoming a problem a problem to find anything these days :(
I had to laugh at this statement - "The goods have been tested and tested but the quality is bad"
Do they have a Blitter quality performance tester at their disposal :D
The seller said if I wanted a refund I had to cancel the order with the reason I no longer wanted the item.
Knowing that they didn’t really have these in stock I selected the cancelled order due to not in stock.
The seller refused to refund based on that reason. Of course I wanted my ££ back so had to relent and mark as no longer wanted.
I got the refund.
But to Exxos’ point these folk just list everything for an IC list regardless if they have it in stock or not. Issue I have is that instead of them accepting the fact and taking the item down they still carry on with that item.
So where do I source a Blitter from now. Was looking at best but it’s around $40 plus shipping. I could get a spares / repairs STE on evilBay for around £50 that potentially has a socketed Blitter and at the same time services me with a few other spare chips DMA etc.

I think they probably just doing it to bump up their feedback scores or something..
I have no idea where to get litters from other than BEST now. I've been trying to find other chips, but the 1772 I have been quoted up to $50 a chip so far! Now this is getting very worrying!
