Yes, and all of the garbage of your past is now a treasure in present days...

If I only could get back to the past and keep all the stuff I got rid of.

Maybe I wouldn't have to work nowadays.

Indeed, I would very much like to get my hands on quite a bit of stuff I got rid of as I'd be able to fix it all today...

Got the Behringer XENYX 502 mixer yesterday:

Looks like new and was very cheap.

Now I have to save my pennies for the Roland MT-32 and Roland SC-55, and that should be all... (still hesitating though whether to get a Sharp monitor).

A little update.

I finally received my 1.778 pitch socket which is already fitted on the Xellent30 booster card.

A Roland SC-55 is already at home and the MT-32 should be next on the list.

It's a mess of leads on my desktop but it won't be for long. ;)

Nest step: fit the Xellent30 and test it.

Looks pretty good now :)

The only thing I would say is watch out for the caps in the Behringer, I have a similar mixer to you and it needed some cap replacements due to leakage.

Thanks for the warning.

I will crack the Behringer open before using it and check all the caps.

Mine died after a period of storage, hope yours is OK :)

They're a bit of a pain to dismantle, but there are some pics here: Behringer caps
