Thanks for confirming the A1 version.
Also like the manual :).
Just checking before pushing the button If I maybe can buy a PCB set from you?

The ram and rom card should probably be 1,2mm thick. But I could be wrong so wait for agranlund to answer first.

Indeed! The simm modules need to be 1,2mm thick.DoG wrote: 01 Jul 2024 18:52 The ram and rom card should probably be 1,2mm thick. But I could be wrong so wait for agranlund to answer first.
I should write that in the readme.md file, it's only written in the Kicad file I think.
It's worth noting that while the small Simm boards themselves are practically free, the static setup cost is silly when going for a combination of 1,2mm black enig.
Don't push the button. I should have a some spares from my order, will send you a PM.Oldskool wrote: 01 Jul 2024 18:45 Just checking before pushing the button If I maybe can buy a PCB set from you?

Thanks great. I feel the backache already coming fom soldering the smd stuff. Or am I the only one with that issue.agranlund wrote: 01 Jul 2024 19:50 Don't push the button. I should have a some spares from my order, will send you a PM.
Probably old age or wrong technique.

Re: Raven. A homemade Atari-like computer
I really really hate making cables... especially since I don't have a proper crimping tool.
Every time I do I say that I'll get one for next time but it never seem to happen
Nevertheless I'm happy with how it turned out and this should, hopefully, let me use just the GUS line-out connector for all audio sources including onboard YM and the OPL card.
Well ok, I'll need to actually do the software side too for setting GUS mixer levels but this gives me a pretty strong incentive to get that going.

I'd really like to build up a Raven too. Is anyone in the UK planning on making a PCB order? I'm just wondering if it would make sense to combine an order, perhaps it could save costs(?)

I'm up for any group-buy thing as I'm building this. I'll even be keen on buying a built PCB if the price is reasonable.
