Now you just need to connect each of them up via their serial ports as a chain and then get the OSI to uploads a program to the first machine which sends a program to the next machine in a chain and then sends a result of a calculation to a line printer. ;-)
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Well, I have set up SSH for the Pi that's running the show, and I can get what is effectively a serial terminal view of the PDP :)
And what would a PDP be without Space War:
Though I have yet to figure out just how I can view the game itself :)

I know, it is super cool and retro!! I just love the colour scheme, it's so 'of the time'.
The people who make it also do the PDP 11/70 and PDP 10 as RPi based replicas, and whilst I need to save some cash up before I bite the bullet, I may get at least one more. The PDP-10 is an epic machine!

Does that mean its likely that you will come? (Please see my latest event date post to see the latest proposed dates).rubber_jonnie wrote: 21 Apr 2024 23:36 If I can get to a Cyber Legends, then I think these three, plus the OSI 600D would definitely be worth bringing.

I'll need to know an actual date, just so I can plan ahead. I'd like to, but I need something concrete.mrbombermillzy wrote: 24 Apr 2024 20:54Does that mean its likely that you will come?
