For sure.

And more parts arrived just now for the OSI:

Plus I just remembered I have a 5v PSU going spare:

So getting sorted that's for sure. Next I need to walk through the assembly manual to pick out what parts (Resistors, caps, diodes etc) are still needed, since the build image I have is missing some parts, as is the BoM.

In the meantime please admire our cat chilling out in the linen cupboard, because that's how he rolls :)

Nice, I remember the clone of the OSI called the Compukit UK101 appeared in the Practical Electronics mags to build. Always wanted to do one back in the day when I was a kid.

Oooh, interesting, I'll have a read of that, thanks. I recall the Compukit machine, but at the time had neither the skills or cash to get one.

EDIT: I just had a look and it looks like it'll be helpful in terms of some of the components missing from the BoM :)

Oh, it's a UK101! :-)
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.
