Windows reports the driver had been successfully installed, but the software simply does not find the programmer

You probably need to install the libusb driver from Zadig: https://sigrok.org/wiki/Windows#Device_ ... USB_driver
Once detected you will also need the FPGA firmware/bitstream files: https://sigrok.org/gitweb/?p=sigrok-fir ... 6a;hb=HEAD

Seems it was already installed but a slightly lesser version. Still cannot detect it in pulseview though :(

Someone tried this if it helps:
Finally got it working on all my Windows 7/10 Systems.
This is what i did, with Zadiag :
Install libusb-Driver, re-connect Device, install winUSB-Driver, re-connect Device, install libusbK, re-connect Device, then again installed libusb.
And voila, started Pulsview and all OK.

Concerning the firmware, it's already bundled in the 0.4.2 release: https://sigrok.org/download/binary/puls ... taller.exe

I've tried that trick and still doesn't work. Think it's why I gave up before with the thing in the end. It must have only ever worked with xp on my laptop.
