Any sign of the flip-flop chips today?
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Sadly not I'm afraid. The post is really variable round here ATM and we are getting deliveries once or twice a week, and then it's clear the PO has saved up several days worth of post as we get a bumper bundle.

Annoying because I just need that to be able to test the AY-3-8910, which would also help troubleshoot the USB side of things. Looking again at the flip flops, I think it being used as a clock divider for the AY.

Nothing today though, and it's frustrating as I am also waiting on a 74LS51 for my 600XL.

Any luck with your QS8888s? I'm assuming they are still on a slow boat from China!!

Well, apparently it left China just after 9pm last night, after taking 6 days to pass through the "Orange Connex" courier system and previous to that 5 days to be shipped by the vendor.

Little widget I thought I'd give a try, see if I can get composite out of my Aquarius.

Takes RGB in, which is available at the TEA1002 IC and outputs Composite and S-Video.

Should be a fun experiment :)

A mild spot of header soldering and wire chopping to get the RGB to composite board ready to be tested in the Aquarius, see if we can't squeeze a slightly better image out of it.

HEY!!!!!! No fair!!

I haven't had a magic smoke incident in nearly a year......

We could do with a sign:

Magic Smoke Free for XXX days.....

Surely we have somebody arty on here who could oblige, then pin it to the top of the forum :)
