Spot the empty space....
It is reading USB sticks though

It's a 74HCT74, a flip flop, and half of it seems to form part of the circuit feeding CLK to the AY chip. The other half is doing something else, but the schematics are not totally clear on what that is, though it does also seem to be CLK related.

Hmm, so looking further at the schematic, I clearly couldn't see the wood for the trees, the other half of the 74HCT74 is simply all tied to ground, so not in use.rubber_jonnie wrote: Thu Jan 20, 2022 9:02 amIt's a 74HCT74, a flip flop, and half of it seems to form part of the circuit feeding CLK to the AY chip. Well I have 50 plus machines now, though some are consoles, and 15 odd are STs of one sort or another. Let's see what I can remember!!BennehBoy wrote: Thu Jan 20, 2022 9:49 am So, umm, do you have a definitive list of your computing collection? Or would that in itself be a huge feat?![]()

Planning on adding an MSX and Dragon 32 soonBennehBoy wrote: Thu Jan 20, 2022 2:06 pm![]()

PS, although I can't really talk, I've got about 150 micro controllers of various kinds, and lots of dev boards.

I know, it's quite terrifying how may MSXs there are!!stephen_usher wrote: Thu Jan 20, 2022 3:11 pm Watch out! Once you get the MSX bug it can be dangerous... There are *SO* many types of MSX and MSX2 machines out there, especially direct import from Japan.
