Careful! The TF3xx's do not have SPI ports. Those are only on the TF5xx series.
Thank you for correcting! Didn’t remember it was labeled ESPHEADER.

If I do simple converter like this is should work ?

That circuit will kill the ESP module. It needs to convert down to 3.3V (Your circuit looks like its 5V).

My module have voltage regulator

The TX and RX pins are not 5V tolerant!!!!!!

The ESPHEADER on the TF330 is already 3.3V so you don’t need the MAX232. You only use those on the old school 9- or 25-pin serial ports.
You can use your ESP32-device, but it will not look so nice ;)

I want connect internet WiFi to my Amiga 500 via parallel port
