It's a common problem ☹️

I'm hoping that the ICs will come today, but they were supposed to be here by the 17th...

No tracking either but they were posted 3 days ago, so I'm trying to be optimistic.

I'm trying too, but you have to postpone all you projects...

It's OK when it happens once, but when it's becoming common, then it's another story.

Yeah, it is happening a lot more. What's annoying is that my workbench is consumed by the PPC at the moment and I can't do much else as it's so large and not easy to move when disassembled.

My PCBs are still awaiting collection too, so god knows when they'll be here.

@rubber_jonnie

Same for me here...

The Tandy is cracked open and "rests" on the coffee table in the living room, and my wife always finds an occasion to remind me of it.

Just waiting for this bloody fan to arrive.

I am lucky to have a workshop for sure, even if it doubles as my office for working from home, must be a struggle to have to do stuff off your coffee table, my wife would be the same.

Yay!
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Parts order is in for the ISA expansion board, should be a quick build once everything gets here.

Will look very similar to the Book 8088 and Pocket 386 ISA adapter once it's done. Then I can get the XT-IDE properly set up for the PPC :)

@rubber_jonnie

So, there's no way to have a full internal expansion ?
