This is mine SCCC.

Will try and get it fitted during the week but there is some assembly required for the new cable that provides video out, and also some pickups for the Pokey and SIO.

OK, some progress :)

The 400 is prepped for the SCCC install, having just installed the SIO/POKEY pickup cable. I've removed the original UHF cable and I'll store that inside the machine when I reassemble it all after I complete the project.

I just need to swap the CPU board parts over to the SCCC card and I'm ready to test, hopefully in the next day or so as I need a small part for the SCCC card to finish it off.

Well, and it's installed and working:

No more UHF for me, it works great via SVideo on my Retrotink too for HDMI.

Standard composite works great as well. All I need to do now is reassemble it and fully test.

It's really a nice picture, much better than good old UHF 😁

Another mod I would highly recommend. It works great with composite and SVideo, picture quality is really good. Works for both the 400 & 800 but for me the 800 has good enough picture quality anyway as that can do either composite or SVideo.

The composite video on my 800 is good as is, as you've said, so I think other than having done the incognito, I think that's all it will get
