I found a bunch of GPU docs here. No R200 docs though, only R300. At least unless it just has a weird name.

They wanted to release them, but did it happen?

Were you able to get CTPCI fully up and running?
PCBs have already been delivered to me and I'm just waiting for the PCI bridge IC.... :D

Yeah its working fine. I’ve ordered a network card to check that too.

Some people asked me to build them one (I had to do a run of the minimum 5 pcbs). I’ve got the parts now but it’ll be after Easter hols before I can put them together.

I'm asking because I wanted to assemble the CTPCI myself. :)

Definitely interested in one myself, although I don't mind building my own if the demand is too high for your remaining units. :)

I have 3.5 spare! There are 43 CTPCI pcbs, since they sent an extra one, and 3 slot PCBs. So far two are spoken for. I'll mark you as 3rd in line, send me a PM please to confirm.

Arg, built another one and it would have worked except... I got a little blob of solder under the surface mount socket. These are really tricky to remove, I think because they hold a lot of heat and ... melt!

So I tried to remove it with hot air, then gave up. Then decided to cut it off and desolder bit by bit. Now 14 pads are gone. :( Oh well, live an learn. I think my mistake was to use paste for the SMD header, I'll hand solder it on the next try, like on the first one.

Oh well, off for Easter hols and forget about it then I'll try again! Its all good practice and there are still enough PCBs for the 3 in line.

It's all a learning experience :D

So I just ordered some copper tape to try to fix these in a few weeks. A little bit of scraping of the adjacent vias and a bit of high temp Chemtronics CR2500 epoxy and it'll be golden. Or at the very least frustrating enough to drive me
