No, but it does show an obvious point of difference and having the I cache on would likely have an impact on real hardware (which is, I presume, the aim of this!).
There must be something else different between 206 and 306 relating to the TTram tests but Ive so far not been able to work out what.
Perhaps Hatari emulates faster TT-RAM access when emulating a TT?

I think the Hatari data is pretty meaningless beyond relative performance on the same configuration and on checking the CACR.

I'll have to try stuff on a real 536 and see what's going on. But need to take a couple weeks off as my hands killing me again. But think its not really worth spending more time on it with so few ST536 out there anyway.

It works nicely with normal TF536 cards too though, far better than EmuTOS in my opinion.

What's your build environment? Maybe someone else can share the load?

Hatari 2.4.1 2.4.1 (hack to allow 32 bit addressing without being a TT):

PAK/3 3.06 ST RAM Test: 2.5 seconds
ST536 2.06 ST RAM Test: 17 seconds

Is that the original 536 TOS ? Did you try the TP_23 one ? viewtopic.php?p=95016#p95016

It was tp03.img. I've just tested tp32.img and it's the same.
