Yeah same result as me. Seems to be hit or miss if it works on an A1200 or not. If it works its fine. Are you on OS3.2? OS3.2 seems to work better on some machines.. Others work perfect with both. I havent got an Amiga that doesnt work.

What are chances that it is 030 cpu related?

Absolutely zero.. Because the same physical card that didnt work for Chucky was mailed to me and works fine here. Is purely down to the A1200s.

We even did a Jens and checked power supplies.

weird. put up my test reamiga.. with a 1230. it crashed and hanged during IDE loading etc.

flashed with the new firmware from Stephen. even if he claim nothing is changed. now it boots fine and seems to run on that machine here.

weirdly it DID work before. bnut now decuded not to. only change I have done is put in another alice. but that is impossible to be a reason..

anyway. it runs here now suddenly. more tests to be done. but running some 030 demos works.

Mine still yellow-screens. I have to check if I messed up the patch wire (although it works with the 14 mhz fw).

Well we've gone from a 2/3 not working rate to a 1/4 not working rate.
