Heatpipes are the best way to transfer heat across distances. They are available in shapes that can be bent with tools, or by hand if you use gentle curves without kinking.
The long ones here could probably be used if bent gently in a "stretched Z" shape from the die to the keyboard: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32980154868.html

A regular copper heatsink directly on the CPU is probably enough. It'll improve coling greatly:

Heatsink wont work as the space from the CPU to the base of the keyboard goes from a few mm to about 20> mm, you will have to muck about and try to cut it to shape with saw or something..too much hassle

What about simple solution like few layers of thermal conductive foam or thermal gap filler pads? Just to touch bottom of keyboard? Don't know how efficient they are and how much heat need to me moved. Just a thought.

The fins on those copper heatsinks can be folded quite easily on the side with little clearance. I have a few of them.

Another possibility is to simply fold a sheet of copper so that it contacts the keyboard ad the CPU. It will transfer heat pretty well if it's a short distance and improve cooling substantially.

Did an experiment with an old Pentium heat sink and an angle grinder. Cheap, but would need to create a jig or something to create more than a few.

There is a good matching adhesive heatsink available from Element14: https://au.element14.com/cci/cci02/heat ... 5-00001621

A small amount may need to be filed off to fit under the keyboard. I would add a duct (3D printed) surrounding the heatsink and a fan - perhaps 60mm - barely moving, controlled by a sensor on the heatsink.
