I'm not sure you need region free BIOS anymore? But I don't know how many hoops you have to jump through for region free via cartridge.

I also fitted a 50Hz/60Hz switch to mine, simple metal switch.
That Cartridge I've linked to does the region free bit too and is pretty simple to fit :)
Not decided on any mods as yet (I actually recently de modded my OG Xbox), but I do like the look of that cart @PhilC

The mod chips are about £25 on Aliexpress and I have one of these too which makes things even better

Just ordered the cartridge :) Typical Ali Express though, you can forget about any express delivery, will be here in January!!

@rubber_jonnie cool, now you just need to find some Cdr's that work with it :D I use Maxell if it helps :) and I think CDRomance for the images.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Sweet, thanks for the tips. Just got Sega Rally for it for £4.99 :) Be good to compare to the Dreamcast version.

@rubber_jonnie it's a bit blocky but Sega Rally chugs along nicely on it

Probably the best Sega game ever. Loved it on the DC.

Sega Rally 1 (not remake) on the PS2 is excellent. Japan only release, but quite easy to get it to run nowadays.
I don't think it supports steering wheels though, well not Logitech.

Well, Sega Rally is on the way and I'm watching a Daytona: USA auction, so all good.

As I said earlier, I ultimately want to get a Fenrir, but for now it's got to wait until the new year. I also want the DC equivalent and an Everdrive or similar for the SNES. Going to be an expensive year 2023 :dizzy:

Th DC Gmecu or whatever it's called is actually pretty cheap, around £40 with the 3d printed parts to adapt the case. I got mine from Aliexpress.
