Is this what toggling should look like?

The important thing is they are all switching. If you use a art program like neochrome, you can flood fill solid red screen etc, might give some clues also... Or any demo which uses lots of colours so you can check all the shifter bits..

BTW have you played around with the DAC jumpers ? If setup wrong it seems to cause odd issues.

Just an overdue update to my long standing A3 build. Exxos helped me get my board display output working thankfully (I think he said my DAC jumpers were set wrong) and I've just finished installing the audio fix PCB. I am a happy chappy :)

Just wondering (since I can't find any info or photos of anyone else who has installed one) is the audio output J2? And would it be a regular 3.5mm connector:

Audio PCB installed and wired up:

Video output all good:

EDIT: I'm struggling to access the floppy (my gotek) double clicking the drive doesn't make a window come up. But the machine knows it is there and flashes the drive on boot & there are icons on the desk... I'll check my floppy jumper settings.

@Steve no J2 is for power only I think.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Alright, where do we get audio from easily then? Besides an ST video output (I'm using VGA)

BTW, here are my floppy jumper settings:
JP18 & JP19 - both open
JP22 - 1&2
From the jumper page

At first I had JP22 on 2&3, but swapped to 1&2, same behaviour. When trying to access a 720k image on the Gotek, no window appears, but no error. If I try to access a 1.44mb image it says 'data on the disk drive a: may be damaged'.

@Steve I've picked up the audio from the audio out on the 13pin din footprint.

Hey @Steve. This is how I ran out the mixed audio from the amp board to a small 3.5mm socket poking out the old RF modulator hole.

Thanks @Icky I'll do the same, by the way any thoughts on my floppy trouble? I was thinking of confirming the GAL is receiving 16mhz first, what do you think?

Ah I just remembered reading the tf536 caused this for some people, so I'll take that out and test with the normal 68k :)

EDIT: no same result
EDIT EDIT: Checked 16mhz clock and it is fine
