The TF1260 rev1 arrives!!! Oh boy!

I received my rev1 yesterday, I see lots of new components added, so let me see if I got the values right:

The new 9 resistor networks next to the ram chips are 220 ohm, and the pad inside the TF logo is also for a 220 ohm 0603 resistor.

There is a T1 transistor? Is this one necessary? If so what kind of transistor should be used here?

the 8 resistor networks to the ram are 220 ohm the others close to the CPU can be 1k, except the resistor network by the Multiplier IC must be 10k

No the one in the TF logo is 22 ohm

I put 10uf 1206 caps on all the other pads

The data bus resistors are 220 labelled. I.e 22 ohm.

Hi All,

What are people using for power regulation on the 1260? I see the LM317T listed but am I right in saying that there's nothing on the card to set the adjust value so an external (LM317T based) regulation module with the correct resistors is needed?

I know this was all discussed previously for the TF360 but I'm not sure what the conclusion was and now slightly confused as to what my best option is here. Can someone point me in the right direction? Or failing that, point me to a previous post that explains it all :)

The solution is “off board” on the 1260. I’m using these tbtorro things off Amibay that superduper is soldering up for me.

I am using Digikey part number 1589-1464-ND. It's a DC-DC converter intended to be a drop-in replacement for a linear regulator. There are several variants of this one, but 2A seem to be enough.

Hey go0se , me and Steve and chucky are using this Mini PSU sold as a kit on Amibay, if you want one I can post it to you for you to put on your build
They are more expensive than Alens Power reg but yer pays yer money and you take your choice
