Could someone recommend which 030 CPU should I have for this card? I have few 33mhz, but I think I should get something else for this build?

Well,
CPU is basically same as for TF330,
Be aware this is 50Mhz card only

Yes. I don't have working tf330 yet, can't test CPUs on it. And they were moderately happy on tf534 on 50mhz (2 out of 3).
I would buy 50mhz ok one, but it is Chinese source, so who knows if it is reprint or genuine 50mhz.

It doesn't run hot at all.

Read the bom and is cheaper tobbuild for me than tf530
Bought memory ics from uk and costs me 10 euros per chip
The new board ics is cheaper fiy

And it is seems to be easier to build as well. 1 cpld and 2 RAMs. Less points where soldering may go wrong

It will take one or two months before any meaningful results. Boards may still be in transit from China at this point.
