I think you are right, HigashiJun. Hopefully I spelled that correctly.
Green screen is a RAM problem? I decided to do the last thing that is on the Amiga A500 troubleshooter list and replace the RAM. I de-soldered the whole of the lower bank, the one that starts with U16, then I soldered sockets in place. I have got some RAM chips from the 520 ST that I used for the donor for my Phoenix two years ago. The PCB coped with the heat gun with no problems. The result? It boots now. I think that the shielding won't fit because in sockets the RAM is too high, but they are certainly necessary.
I would like to thank everyone who offered help and and as far as I was able to, I followed all the suggestions.
