Mine is 40MHz.
Kind of looked at it after failing to get a CT60, CT63, CT60e to boot with anything above a 23MHz bus and thought why battle (over 23MHz BUS) something Rodolphe has already look at. Assume he went with 40MHz for a "trouble free" installation.
All 3 of the versions here usually hang during SDRAM test at boot above 23MHz.
But I can't "switch" clocks as with Nemesis/Phantom/CT Boost after boot. Yet.
BUS GALs. Remember talking with Rodolphe way way back. Seems at one point he wanted to have them moved from the Falcon board to the CT. Been so many years, my memory is pretty fragmented
For the DFB project, Badwolf modified some timings in his approach of the GALs.
I've programmed faster GALs for the "experiment" Falcon. It had no bearing on increasing bus speed.
Interesting note. The AB040 hangs the same way as the CT does above 23MHz.
Both fail during fast RAM installation.
Expansion BUS?
