Re: The TF1200 Arrives
I'd call it a "compatibility module" to allow 68000 only software to run.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Sometimes you need to go backwards to go forwards

Indeed. Verification using a known good base configuration.

Re: The TF1200 Arrives
Considering the price of A1200 Accelerators Vs Buffee, power around the 060 level would have been a bargain. An 030 at over 3GHz is in a league of its own, amazing work. Now, all we need is another mad genius to shoehorn a half-decent RTG solution into the case alongside the TF1200Buffee and we have perfection. I will pray to the Amiga gods XD
On a totally off-topic note, my beloved cat who sadly passed away in January of this year (aged 21) was named Buffy, I think perhaps I just have to buy this accelerator for my Amiga so that I can remember her every time I use it. I'm sure it's meant to be. XD

If it's not an accelerator, is it a brake? This is great.
