No. Haven't heard of that until now. Been using Paint Shop Pro 9 as Exxos put me onto it and I got it for £7.99. I've checked the formats and while it has old GIF it doesn't have IMG so I'm going to stick with Paint Shop Pro 9 as it's quite nice to use and surprisingly good on windows 10 even though it has a lot of support for old formats. Thanks for telling me about this though. :)
