PhilC wrote: 15 Oct 2024 14:23 Thanks for your help @HigashiJun & @rubber_jonnie, It should arrive with me tomorrow, so I've ordered a controller and a copy of R-Type on HuCard to go with out. I guess I'll find out if it works tomorrow :)
:girldance:

R-Type is fab, and once you get the 'Ali-Everdrive' you can experience the hacked versions with infinite lives :)

BTW don't know if it's your thing but there is a great version of Bomberman on the PC-Engine.

Oops, I may have added one of these to my project list...

Screenshot 2024-10-28 at 21.54.09.png

It's a 'Z80-MBC2 8bit single board computer DIY kit, CP/M, Fuzix' according to the eBay blurb.

The description goes: "The Z80-MBC2 is an easy to build Z80 SBC (Single Board Computer). It is the "evolution" of the Z80-MBC (https://hackaday.io/project/19000-a-4-4 ... breadboard), with a SD as "disk emulator" and with a 128KB banked RAM for CP/M 3 (but it can run CP/M 2.2, QP/M 2.71, UCSD Pascal and others)."

Looks like an interesting addition to my SBC collection. Hopefully here tomorrow :)

And just arrived :)

Set to one side as it's a late comer to the projects, but should be quite a quick build as it's pretty small, so it may sneak it's way up the list :)
