If all three of these tests pass then there is nothing wrong with your hardware.
Unless you post pictures of the output of the three programs (testideint, testint2, testipl - with the jed supplied flashed in the cpld) as well as a photo of the bottom of your board and a picture of drive speed from sysinfo i will give no further help. I've spent 2 full days coding up this and frankly it feels like you want me to diagnose your board using the force or something. You seem to feel insulted that i want information...
We've had very little feedback from our requests for information and what feedback there has been has been completely disorganised and impossible to follow.

You didnt buy a product that comes with a warranty. You soldered it... its your problem. Throw it away and leave us alone if you dont like it.

I've dug around the Amiga scene and asked a few contacts and well.. I dont think there was ever anything wrong with this guys board. He was just looking for a freebie.
