By moving I mean when it stops printing and moves to the next point to start printing again. It may not get much chance to do a Z Hop on a small piece like this.

All yeah, that's what I mean, I don't think there is a option this what I have found so far :(

I'm not using cura, I am using flashprint... I dont know if cura supports my printer or not.. franky was to lazy to go looking, but flashprint seems to be fine (pretty much) which came with the printer.

This one is a lot better.. Screw fits through this time, and I managed to get a knife blade down the slots as well.. I think the filament speed I have probably loaded fraction too much as it almost looks like there is a crackdown side.. But I also lowered the temperature of the head a little bit as well.. But these can be adjusted back a bit anyway..

Yeah, needs to be like 1mm taller.. also if you make the slots a tiny bit wider then I think it will help..

Nice work! Maybe you can make a second one with reduced height, since there are two different drive heights. The drives with the long eject button are a few mm higher thus need shorter posts.

I should do the same for the brass spacer replacement I made.

It's looking like the test one exxos printed is actually 2.5mm shorter than the one he has, so it is actually possible that the measurements I took are from a shorter long eject button drive. Difficult to know since some of my machines are made of bits I had lying around.

So I will make another, 2.5mm taller. I will also look at modding the slots for easier printing, and probably chamfer the part that goes into the board for easier insertion. I may remove the slots entirely.

(I'll repeat that printing with PLA has much less issues than ABS in general. Use ABS where heat resistance is important)
