It just needs a couple of hours in a acetone vapour bath to smooth out all of those sharp edges.

Indeed when we get nearer to a complete case will look at giving these a bath

@troed - currently these are ABS but have been playing with different material on the printer.

That's really impressive - I would expect extremely problematic warping at those sizes with ABS!
